Bubble Run involves participants running a course set with various bubble zones where they can get covered in bubbles. Once you reach the finish line, you can enjoy the outdoor bubble festival where you can see live performances on stage and get even more covered in bubbles. Your time will not be recorded. If you are an entrant, you will be permitted access to the event site once it is opened. Opening times will vary depending on the venue. Please confirm opening times on the official event website. Please be ready to start your run 15mins before the start of the wave you have entered. We expect that changing rooms, lockers and portable toilets will get quite crowded and recommend you come to venue with enough time to spare.

The event will still run in the rain. The event may be cancelled due to adverse weather. Notifications will be sent out on the official event website ,Facebook,Twitter and via e-mail if the event is cancelled.

Please note that your entry fee will not be refunded if the event is cancelled.

You can still participate in the outdoor Bubble Festival held on stage after the finish line. Depending on the time you arrive, you may not be able to participate in the run. Please ensure you arrive on time for your wave.

Please come in clothes that you don't mind getting wet or dirty. We also recommend that you bring a towel and a change of clothing.

There is a good chance that such items will get wet. We recommend you place all such items in a water-proof pouch etc. You will be responsible for your mobile phone, wallet and other valuables. Please note that event organizers will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.

The bubbles are made predominantly of water. Participants are asked to wipe away any bubbles from their body using a towel etc. in the changing rooms. There is a good chance that stains from the bubbles cannot be removed by general washing. We recommend that you come in clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. The bubbles may stain your clothes and may be hard to remove by washing. Please note that we cannot guarantee that clothes and shoes etc. will not get stained.

The materials used to make the bubbles are 100% organic. However, rashes and allergic reactions may occur depending on your body type and condition. Materials such as, talc, silica, phenoxyethanol, isopropylparaben, isobutylparaben and butylparaben will come into contact with the skin. If you are concerned, please check beforehand if you are likely to have an allergic reaction.

The materials used to make the bubbles are organic and while the ingredients pose no threat to your health, it is an outdoor event and we cannot make any guarantees in terms of hygiene and sanitation. The bubbles may sting if they get in your eyes so we recommend you wear sunglasses etc.

The creation of bubbles will be regulated throughout the event. We estimate the bubbles will be created approx. once every hour.

You can bring food to the event however alcohol is prohibited.
